Stephanie Chehade is an Australian Fashion Designer based in Adelaide, South Australia. She debuted her first Collection in 2014; it was from here that Australia began to follow her inspiring journey. 

Stephanie’s collections are constantly evolving; her style is defined by clean cuts and attention to detail, always exploring the influences around her. Her Australian made pieces are sexy, feminine and timeless. Her collections aim, to have high-end designs yet easy-to-wear pieces.

What is your returns policy?

Please choose carefully and refer to the size guide. We will accept an exchange or apply a store credit within 7 days as long as the item is returned in it’s original condition including tags. Once STEPHANIE CHEHADE has received your item/s for exchange, it will be inspected before the return is approved. STEPHANIE CHEHADE reserves the right to deny a return if the item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way and they will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for an exchange. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend sending items through traceable mail and also that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting items back to us.

Please note that the international shipping costs that STEPHANIE CHEHADE provide does not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibilty of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by STEPHANIE CHEHADE.

Can I return a Sale Item?

If an item is purchased on sale, you are entitled to an exchange if you contact enquiries@stephaniechehade.com.au and request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. The exchange will be granted if you adhere to the requirements stated above.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we provide Express International Delivery for a flat rate of AU$30.00.

How do I track my order?

Once your item/s have been shipped we provide you with tracking information. Our preferred courier is Australia Post.

How can I contact your couriers?

Once you have your tracking information you are free to contact courier directly if you feel it is necessary, however you can also contact us at enquiries@stephaniechehade.com.au.  

What are your delivery options?

Please note all items will be express posted via Australia Post within 1-2 business days after order is placed and you will be provided with tracking details once the item/s have been dispatched.
